How Jio Brought Revolution In Telecom Industry?

Reliance Jio is a name that known to everyone now and people just can’t get over it, as no telecom network has thought so much about its customers like Jio. During the summers of the year 2016, Jio was everywhere, on every news channel and people were gossiping about it like anything. First, they launch their preview offers for limited handsets and when the feedback came people knew that Jio is going to be the biggest competitor in the telecom industry. The high internet speed about 40-50 Mbps, lower rates of JIO prepaid recharge and unbelievably satisfying services were the reasons behind the immense popularity and success of Jio.

For the first few months, the Jio sim was free, so the customers were very excited to get one Jio sim and in just a few days everybody was having a Jio sim as an alternate one. Then, in no time, people started using Jio as their primary sim and even there were many who were porting their numbers in Jio. During the launch, the Chairman of Reliance Industries Ltd., Mr. Mukesh Ambani made many promises and Jio has come up to all of them until now. There’s no doubt that Jio has now become the name which everyone can trust when we talk about the telecom service providers.

Jio was just perfect for the Indian customers because we wanted cheap internet and voice calling plans and Jio mobile recharge costs only 300 for three months. This was a surprise for all and it literally saved more than thousands for us on our mobile bills. Earlier we used to pay more than 1000 for one-month postpaid bill and if it’s prepaid, then the services get interrupted anytime, as the recharges end soon if we use more data. But, now with inexpensive jio recharge online, we don’t need to worry about limited internet or roaming, as all this is kind of free. Just once in three months, you have to get your jio prepaid recharge done and at other times you can completely forget about it.

Apart from all the above-given benefits, the London-based OpenSignal, which focuses on the crowd-sourced wireless coverage across the globe, said that Jio’s 4G LTE signal were about 96.4% of the time. During the tests Jio delivered about 5.1 Mbps download speed on a daily basis which is more than Vodafone. When it’s about 4G, then the services provided by the Jio are simply the best. Even in the state Uttar Pradesh, where Airtel and Vodafone were not able to provide enough speed for uplink and downlink, Jio provides the fastest 4G connections there, earlier it was Idea.

The average speed of 4G download in India is now 16.9 Mbps, which helped the country to move to the 85th percentile in LTE availability joining the high-performing countries like Taiwan, Sweden, and Australia. With the introduction of Jio, we came to know how the telecom companies were robbing us, by charging so high just for the nominal things. We all will agree to the fact that Reliance Jio was a real eye-opener and it really pushed other service providers to cut down their prices as per the relevant rates.

During the day you can enjoy the speed of 3-5 Mbps and at the night it is between 6 Mbps and 11 Mbps. Jio came as a life savior and we can’t get a better telecom service provider than this. And when at portals like TalkCharge, you can avail more offers on Jio recharge online, then you can’t expect for anything else.
